Shipping & Returns
We hope that you love your items so much that you want to order many more of them. We understand that returns and refunds do happen and customer service is one of our biggest concerns. So, just a few things. Please read all of this and email us if you have any questions.
Ready to Ship and Non-Custom Items
First, let us define a Ready to Ship, or RTS, item. RTS items are products that have already been made and are ready to ship in a day or two. Anything else is considered a custom item as we do not create it until you order it. We are always expanding our RTS inventory so that there will be plenty of items that fall under the RTS umbrella.
This covers anything that is NOT a ready to ship item. If it is not Ready to Ship, it is considered a custom item as we are making it custom for you. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom items. Any delay in answering inquiries from us can delay or even cause your order to be canceled. We strive to put customer service first and will work with you to the best of our ability if there is an issue but we cannot over-stress how important communication is.
Returning a Non-Custom Item
So, returns, refund? Why? Sometimes you purchase something and realize it's not what you wanted or that you no longer desire it. It happens. If this is the case, we do offer no hassle refund on RTS items providing the item is in its new condition and unused. We do not offer refunds on custom items.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges. This means we will not refund the initial shipping or the shipping back to us. The buyer can either request a shipping label and have the cost taken out of their refund or simply ship it back to us for a full refund (minus the initial shipping cost). If the item had free shipping, the buyer is still responsible for return shipping. If more than one item was purchased or were purchased as part of a sale or deal (i.e. BOGO) a prorated return may be possible.
Returns can only be initiated by the person who ordered the item.
We do realize not every issue can be solved with a policy, so if something arises, PLEASE contact us so we can work together to find a solution. While we hope you love your items as much as we loved creating them, we do understand life happens and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We strive for perfection while creating our items, but as with anything handcrafted it is not mass produced and therefore each item will vary a bit from its predecessor. This can include color, size, and most notably, pattern placement. These are NOT considered defects. Each handcrafted item is a one-of-a-kind creation so variation is expected.
If you believe your item arrived with a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures are required as well as open and honest communication. Obviously, if there is a defect we will work with you to correct it as we truly pride ourselves on our customer service. If a return or refund is what you want, we will work each issue on a case by case basis. As each instance is different we can not really put down an ironclad policy.
